I am fully insured to operate tours worldwide

All of my tours are led by myself. I have 20 years’ experience photographing wildlife in the UK and worldwide. All of my wildlife photography tours are to locations that I use often and know well, they are created to help you get the best out of your camera and maximize the destination that you visit and the wildlife that you see.

Most people don’t know where to start when it comes to booking a wildlife photography tour, the lower priced trips are all massive groups and the small group trips come with a huge price point. I have tried to price and structure my tours so that the smallest possible markup has been added to the price, I travelled for years on a tight budget when I was starting out and really wanted the price of my tours to be as low as possible to give access to more and more people.

But with the price point there comes no sacrifice on the quality of the experience, we stay in the best locations for the wildlife that we want to see and all of the local operators that I work with have been contacts and connections for many years and these long standing relationships have been built on trust and a desire to provide the best trip possible at a reasonable price.

I only take a small group of people on my tours with 3-6 being the usual number this enables me to work with the group but also give quality one-to-one time to all participants. Private tours can also be arranged if required.

You don’t need to be an expert and you certainly don’t need to own a top of the range camera and lens. You can use any camera or any lens on the tour and I will provide advice on the best equipment to use if needed.

On my tours my clients come first. It is important to me that people that travel me go home with a truly great portfolio of images from their chosen destination, I will only take my own images once everyone is happy and settled and capturing their own images.

Over the duration of a tour I will be on hand to teach you new techniques, help you with camera settings or to ensure that you are positioned perfectly to make the most of the subject and the available light. I am also happy to review your images in the field and in the evening and am more than happy to provide feedback and advice on your images and if required I am happy to help you with post processing techniques.
